More than 800,000 traffic alarms have been sold since founding the company. In fact, one out of five cars in Denmark has a Saphe traffic alarm.
The Challenge
Saphe was looking to expand their business in other European countries and launch a new product on these markets.
The biggest challenge was to create a strategy for launching the new product, and develop designs that fit all the markets, regardless of their location.
